Our volunteers are the key to the success of the Legends Reno-Tahoe Open. Frankly, without you, this tournament would not even happen. Everything that takes place during the week, from player's arrival, to their departure, does not happen without the key ingredients of the dedication of the hundreds of volunteers that we have. Each year, it becomes smoother and smoother and this year was one of the best. We have plans to fine tune the volunteers involvement even more. The dedicated chair people that we have now are as good as they get and with their help, the scheduling will be more exact and we will make better use of the commitment that you give us. Some of you have asked to do more during the week so we will help you with that. Better use of your time, working more than one job when you ask, and working more of the week when you want. There is no reason to have people work just one area when they have asked to work more. It helps us and it helps you see more of what is going on. Your help has enabled us to impact the community with a stronger tournament, give more to charity, and impress the PGA TOUR players with what we are all about.

What do I receive in my volunteer package?
The chance to be part of the success of a PGA TOUR event and inside the ropes with PGA TOUR professionals (value priceless); a season pass that is good all week for the tournament that can be used the days you are not working (value $60); another season pass that can be given to a friend or family member (value $60.00). Two official Legends Reno-Tahoe Open volunteer shirts and hat (value $80.00),free parking, shuttle service and meals on the days you work, a volunteer party at Montreux in the VIP pavilion Saturday night sponsored by Silver Peak Restaurant and Brewery. Socialize with other volunteers and give back to your community by supporting a valuable economic event and support charitable giving to our northern Nevada charities.
